🔥Infernal Abyss
In the depths of the Infernal Abyss, every corner is designed to break the player’s will. There is no safe ground, nor respite for the unwary. Everything in this place is alive… and conspires for your death.
Abyssal creatures emerge from the shadows with relentless ferocity. These dark entities, twisted by the corruption of the underworld, stalk with unpredictable tactics and savage cunning. Some, under the direct influence of the abyss, mutate into even more formidable foes, forcing the player to constantly adapt if they wish to survive.
But the threat does not end with the fauna. The very flora of the abyss is a deadly trap disguised with beauty. Twisted plants, flowers that seduce the eye, and roots that snake beneath the ground lie in wait, patiently stalking their next victim. What seems harmless can be your doom.
In this environment, every step is a calculated risk, and every decision a double-edged weapon. Survival is not a right; it is a prize won through cunning, reflexes, and blood.
Healing: Blood as the reward
In the Abyss, healing is a privilege… and a risk. Resources to restore health or shield are scarce, corrupted, and dangerous to use.
Absorbing them requires complete stillness: any damage or movement interrupts the process, forcing the player to choose between exposing themselves… or moving forward wounded.
Blood Pools: The Corrupt Gift of Life
Coagulated blood pools allow you to recover health, but only if the player remains still and takes no damage during the process.
They are rare, viscous… and their use is slow and risky.
A wrong decision can cost you your life.
Organic Brains: The Shield in Flesh
Organic brains, embedded in the living flesh of the abyss, allow the player to regenerate their shield—provided they remain still and avoid damage during absorption.
They are grotesque, vital, and deeply unsettling.
